From the KYTC:
"The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) is pleased to announce that we've launched a study to reduce congestion, improve travel safety and promote better connectivity in the vicinity of the I-75/I-275 interchange. Our goal is to identify planned improvements by early 2020. We don't know yet when construction would begin, but expect that improvements will be completed in phases, as funding allows.
As part of this study, we are conducting a public survey to find out more about how local drivers use the interchange and where they tend to experience problems. We will use the information gathered to help develop and evaluate improvement alternatives."
