Garage Sale Permit

Please read the ordinance below before submitting application.

You will need to manually fill out the form after it is printed, then fax to 341-6993 or scan the application and email it torecreation@crestviewhills.com .  Please put your return fax number after your email address.  Your permit will either be emailed or faxed back to you, usually within 24 hours. 

You may also stop by the City Building during normal business hours to drop off the completed form and obtain your permit in person.

(NOTE:  The City is working on being able to submit this and other forms online.  Please be patient.)

Our event takes place the second Tuesday of August annually.

Click to download form, print on your home printer, fill out, and mail back. Payment must be enclosed with the completely filled-out form for reservations to be honored. Reservations and payment also accepted in person at the City Building

Property Tax forms for Kenton County

All information for Crestview Hills property taxes (mailed in October annually, due by December 31^st. ) is received from Kenton County. Please make sure all mailing and mortgage information is correct with Kenton County PVA.
