CALL TO ORDER
– Mayor Paul W. Meier called the meeting to order with the Pledge of
Allegiance and silent prayer.

attendance were Messrs. David Thiel and Ralph Laird.

of Ordinance 2008-4-2 – Approving the Abandonment of a Certain
Storm-Water Sewer Easement and Accepting the Dedication of a New Storm Water
Easement on certain real property described as Lot
6B of Thomas More Centre located on Chancellor
Drive. &=

Mr. Sommerkamp noted that the developer and seller needed ordinance
passage due to closing very soon.
Mr. Berling suggested a trench with rip rap for drainage which was
discussed at the earlier Economic Development committee meeting. Mr. Sommerkamp recommended approva=
l of
the ordinance with the condition that an amended site plan be submitted to
NKAPC by the developer with the suggested trench with rip-rap as suggested =
by
Mr. Berling. Seconded by Mr.
Moser. Mr. Kramer recused him=
self,
as his law firm represents one of the parties involved. Ayes carried.
Mr. Sommerkamp made the motion to adjourn at 5:05PM,
seconded by Mr. Moser. Ayes
carried.
