The tax man cometh!!

Yes, it is that time of year that everyone dreads , city property tax time!  You should have already received your kenton county bill, which you will notice is significantly higher than your city bill.  City tax bills should be ready for mailing toward the end of the month.
If you receive a tax bill and you r account is in escrow, please forward it to your mortgage company and ask them to request the bill directly next year.
If you own rental property, please check your bill (s) to make sure that all properties are accounted for.  If you are missing a bill, please phone the city building and we will send you a duplicate.
Crestview Hills does not offer a discount on property taxes, however the bill must be paid in full no later than December 31,2000 or penalty and interest will be added.
Judy Cox and C.R. Monhollen are on hand from 8:30AM to 5PM to answer any questions you may have about your property.  Or if you would prefer, you may email us through the website (www.crestviewhills.com) and we will respond promptly.  There is a link on our website to the Kenton County PVA, if you would like to look at your county information on line.
