This means that both Kenton County and city property taxes will increase, although it will not necessarily be the result of a rate increase. Text Box: Crestview Hills Town Center Project Timeline/Schedule The proposed project timeline chart below delineates scopes of work and the related schedule for the Crestview hills Town Center redevelopment. These schedules are reasonable estimates and are subject to change, however the ultimate goal is to have Dillard’s open its new facility in early spring 2005 and to construct all remaining non-Dillard’s buildings simultaneously while maintaining a grand opening date for the center in the fourth quarter of 2005.
