Merrick Krey, Property Valuation Administrator, was on hand at the May 13 council meeting to inform residents that the City of Crestview Hills properties were reassessed in 2004.  This means that both Kenton County and city property taxes will increase, although it will not necessarily be the result of a rate increase.

Remember, Kenton County taxes are sent in September with discount dates in September, October, and November.  Crestview Hills taxes are sent in mid-October with no discount dates and are due before December 31.

Project Timeline/Schedule

	The proposed project timeline chart below delineates scopes of work and the related schedule for the Crestview hills Town Center redevelopment.  These schedules are reasonable estimates and are subject to change, however the ultimate goal is to have Dillard’s open its new facility in early spring 2005 and to construct all remaining non-Dillard’s buildings simultaneously while maintaining a grand opening date for the center in the fourth quarter of 2005.
